Disposable email
Addresses, tokens, and messages are used only for the active mailbox session. Once it expires or is deleted, they enter the deletion process.
Effective date: March 1, 2026
This policy explains what data DropFwd processes when providing disposable email, long-term forwarding, limited archiving, and security verification. We do not sell personal information or use email content to build advertising profiles.
Addresses, tokens, and messages are used only for the active mailbox session. Once it expires or is deleted, they enter the deletion process.
Your account email is used to verify your identity and receive forwarded messages. You can pause or delete aliases at any time.
Forwarding archives are normally kept for no more than 30 days to confirm delivery and troubleshoot delivery issues.
We do not scan messages to decide which ads to show, and we do not sell or rent information that can identify you.

When you use disposable email, the system processes the random address, mailbox token, expiry time, sender details, and the messages you receive. You do not need to submit your name or real email address for disposable email.
When you use long-term forwarding, we process your receiving email address, verification results, aliases you create, forwarding status, and limited archives. If you enable an authenticator app, we store the encrypted credentials and activation status needed for verification, but we do not read other accounts in the app.
We mainly process data to provide the email service you request: creating addresses, displaying messages, forwarding mail, verifying dashboard access, and responding to support requests. Security logs help limit automated abuse, protect system stability, and investigate unusual access.
If the law requires us to retain specific records, we keep them only for the applicable scope and period. Otherwise, we do not retain message content indefinitely just because it might be useful someday.
Hosting, email delivery, and security monitoring providers may process limited data on our behalf. They may act only under contract and our instructions. We restrict access and require these providers to use safeguards appropriate to the risks involved.
When data is processed across borders, we use applicable contractual safeguards or legally recognized mechanisms. We do not allow infrastructure providers to use message content for their own marketing.
You can delete disposable messages and change your disposable address on the page. In the dashboard, you can pause or delete long-term aliases and archives. For access, correction, deletion, restriction, or data export requests you cannot complete yourself, contact support@dropfwd.com.
We verify requesters’ identities to prevent account information from being disclosed to unrelated people. Rights vary by jurisdiction, but we will explain specifically why we cannot fulfill a request.
We use encryption in transit, access controls, short-lived verification codes, and an optional authenticator app to reduce risk, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not use disposable email for medical, financial, or other high-risk information that requires long-term identity recovery.
This service is not intended for children below the applicable local age of digital consent. When the policy changes materially, we will update the date on this page. If the change affects important rights of account users, we will also provide notice through appropriate channels.
Send privacy, deletion, or data-processing questions to support@dropfwd.com. Please tell us whether you use disposable email or a long-term alias, and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in your first message.
We will acknowledge your request within a reasonable period and explain why additional identity information is needed. For usage rules and limits of responsibility, please also read the Terms of Service.
